How to Register and Log In to Your Ruijie Cloud Account

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to register and log in to your Ruijie Cloud account.

Step 1: Access the Ruijie Cloud Portal

1. Navigate to Ruijie Cloud.
2. If you already have an account, enter your email and password, then click Login.
3. If you need to create a new account, click No account, register one.

Step 2: Register a New Account. 

1. Select your country/region and timezone.
2. Enter the email address you want to associate with the account (note: this cannot be changed later).
3. Create and confirm a password for your account.
4. Complete the Image CAPTCHA and click Sign Up.

Make sure your email address is correct and valid, as you will need to verify it

Step 3: Verify Your Email

1. Check your email inbox for the verification email from Ruijie Cloud.
2. Click the Activate your account link in the email.
3. Choose your company type and enter the relevant information.
4. Submit to activate your Ruijie Cloud account.

Note: The activation link is valid for only 15 days. Be sure to activate your account before it expires.

Step 4: Log In to Your Account

You are now logged in to your Ruijie Cloud account and can begin using its features.
